Just one month until the U.S. Release of Small Medium at Large!

THIS CONTEST IS NOW CLOSED

Congratulations to Kimberley Moran, winner of the prize pack below.

Thanks to all for playing and wishing you a happy and safe holiday. And hey, wouldn’t it be that much better with a fun MG read? Hint, hint.

That’s right. In ONE MONTH, SMALL MEDIUM AT LARGE will hit U.S. shelves and I think that is cause for great celebration. So, if you are AMERICAN, you are eligible to win the prize pack below (yes, this is the same prize pack that Canadians were eligible to win last week, with one important difference – THIS one has an American sock monkey):

This prize pack contains: Phelps, the sock monkey, an author-made friendship bracelet with a Ouija board charm, a signed bookmark and a personalized-to-you signed postcard. Yes, signed by me. I asked Phelps, but he heard Gretzky wasn’t into it last week, so he’s not doing it, either.

So, you want to win? All you have to do is BE AMERICAN and leave a comment below, telling me what your plans are for July 4. You have until 11:59 Eastern on Thursday, June 7 to enter.

Got it? And GO!

  1. This fourth of July I will be in the northern part o my state enjoying time with my whole family. Im betting there will be bbq, boating and just plain fun:) Not to mention the awesome fireworks we see from both sides of the lake we are at!

  2. Every 4th of July the family watches a large parade and collect bags of candy. Then we head to my sister’s for a barbecue. While kids swim in the pool adults enjoy a cocktail and socialize. We End the day with watching the Boston Pops and fireworks on tv. A fun Tradition.

  3. i’m pretty sure my apartments will be having a get together by the pool with barbequing and fireworks. there’s always some kind of social event going on around here : )

  4. I will be hanging out with my father and mother in law with my hubby and five kiddos! We can do our own fire works out on their property. I’ll also get to see my little brother for the first time in about a year (and his precious new baby) since he is stationed in CA. YAY!!!
He will be going back to Korea for a year in about 8 months, so I’m going to enjoy my time with him and his family.

  5. This Fourth of July will find me curled up with a good book and a bowl of home-made potato salad 🙂 there might also be hamburgers and fireworks involved… but I love a good reason to make potato salad. lol
Congrats on your book! I still say it’s the best-named book of the century 🙂 and I can’t wait to read it. Thanks for the giveaway opportunity.

ps the sock monkey is too adorable!

    1. Hi Lynne, that sounds pretty good to me. Potato salad FTW! And thank you for the title/book love. I can’t wait to share it with the world!

  6. Usually on the 4th of July(if it doesn’t rain), we go to the pool or the beach for the day, grill for supper, & then go see the fireworks in town. It’s a pretty fun time to live so close to the beach. The fireworks look so pretty over the water!

  7. July fourth can’t be here soon enough, school is is session until June 25, then I have the holiday weekend and then back to work for summer school. One week break and then back to work august 20th for training. So this July fourth I’ll probably be asleep on the hammock while being eaten alive by mosquitoes. But all that will be just fine because I will have a full tummy!

  8. We’ll have a BBQ at home and watch the fireworks at the beach we live across from. We also each write a letter to a soldier thanking them for their sacrifice that helps make our freedom each day possible.

    1. Aw, that’s very nice! And he gets an extra-special birthday with fireworks! Thanks for stopping by and entering the contest, Billy.

  9. oh my goodness, mr. monkey is so cute! This 4th of July we’ll be doing what we always do, have a late brunch, go to the movies, bbq dinner and then watch the fireworks with all of my boys (I always bring a book and my booklight too, you know, to read in between the sparklers, hee hee)
    Thanks for the giveaway!

    1. Brunch, movies, bbq and fireworks? That sounds like just about the best day ever (not to mention the reading). Thanks for entering, Margie!

  10. My plans are to read most of the day the hang out with friends at the moment it gets too dark to read and just dark enough for fireworks! Then I will head back home to read!! Yay books!
